Caterina Lichtenberg was raised in Germany and now teaches mandolin and Soprano lute as a Professor at the Music Conservatory in Cologne. An incredibly versatile instrument, the mandolin is often played in bluegrass and American folk music, but they have been used in classical, jazz, and even rock n roll!
